About the role

• Business Verification Analyst providing verification and validation services for customer operations at SHAZAM. Engaging in documents review and maintaining a knowledge of ITS services and policies.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned tasks related to the validation of work in at least one work product lane.
• Proactively and reactively recognize the need to adjust deadlines and tasks as work volume fluctuates.
• Review documents, agreements, case notes, and other work products, with high attention to detail.
• Maintain a good working knowledge of ITS services, system flows, procedures, forms, and policies, as well as industry practices.

Requirements

• Core Banking experience highly preferred.
• Bank conversion / Banking industry experience and/or data validation experience a plus.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving and reaching goals.
• Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment, quickly adapting to change and prioritizing needs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
