Responsibilities
Ensure customers and communities feel informed, supported during infrastructure work
Lead integrated 360° communications campaigns
Partner closely with delivery teams, stakeholders, agency colleagues
Strengthen forward planning and improve campaign quality
Help reduce confusion, prevent escalation, build trust across the region
Requirements
