About the role
- Consultant advising and implementing ALE communication solutions for clients across Germany. Involves workshops, planning, and technical design for communication projects.
Responsibilities
- Advise our clients on ALE communication solutions and develop solution concepts.
- Conduct workshops and technical design for OmniPCX Enterprise (OXE) and OmniVista 8770.
- Plan, install and configure OXE including high availability and virtualization.
- Integrate contact center scenarios (CCD) and hybrid/cloud solutions with Rainbow™.
- SIP trunking & SBC interoperability (e.g., AudioCodes), as well as technical project leadership and documentation.
Requirements
- Several years of experience advising on and implementing ALE communication solutions (OXE, OmniVista 8770).
- Relevant ALE certifications (ACSE) for OmniPCX Enterprise, OmniVista 8770, Open/OmniTouch and CCD.
- Solid knowledge of VoIP/SIP, SBC integration, networking (QoS, VLAN, firewall), and Linux/Windows fundamentals.
- Willingness to travel within Germany.
- Very good German and good English skills.
