About the role

Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Facility Management or a comparable field
- Experience in planning and supervising maintenance and repair measures
- Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of CAFM (Computer-Aided Facility Management) / AVA (tendering/contract management) is an advantage
- Valid Class B driving licence
