Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in education, training management, human resources, career counselling, or a related field
10+ years of relevant experience, ideally in competency development and structuring initiatives
Strong experience documenting competency profiles and in talent development
Comfortable with learning design and management technologies, including the Microsoft Office suite
Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong customer service orientation, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
Energetic, autonomous, and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team
Ability to organize, structure, and prioritize in a changing environment
