Responsibilities
Oversees new account development within an established geographic territory/product line.
Advises on connecting, contacting, and engaging new potential clients and prospects.
Leads a strong and consistent pipeline of new business.
Oversees customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services
Innovates and create sales skills and knowledge of the organization's products, services and customers
Oversees implementing efficiency opportunities such as distributor dashboards, etc.
Lead market intelligence and strategic analysis for the data center vertical, including customer segmentation, competitor mapping, and trend forecasting
Define and execute go-to-market strategies for data center-related products/solutions (e.g., cooling, connectivity)
Identify and engage key stakeholders across hyperscale, colocation providers, integrators, and OEMs
Build strong pipeline of new business opportunities and drive early-stage customer engagement
Collaborate with product management, engineering, and regional teams to align market needs with internal capabilities
Prepare executive-level reports, business cases, and strategic presentations for internal and external audiences.
Requirements
A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience
Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers
Bachelor’s degree or above; MBA or relevant master’s degree is a plus
8+ years of experience in product management, strategic marketing, or consulting within the data center, IT data infrastructure, or industrial solutions space
Deep knowledge of data center ecosystem, including key players, technologies, and pain points
Proven track record of independently driving new business initiatives from strategy to execution(0-1)
Strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and strategic planning skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Mandarin
Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel; strong reporting and storytelling abilities
Aggressive, proactive, and comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
