You understand what our customers need and show them that we don’t just support the conference world — we actively shape it: from classic to agile; from workshops to “Wow, I didn’t expect that.”
Outbound Sales & cold calling: From the first call to an enthusiastic “Yes, that sounds great!” — you know how to open doors.
Lead generation: You identify and qualify new leads, develop clever strategies, and find the customers who are the right fit for us.
Revenue responsibility: You keep our targets firmly in view and actively drive our growth.
Needs analysis: You listen actively, identify your interlocutors’ challenges, and provide tailored solutions.
Sales reporting & forecasting: Using tools like Pipedrive, you maintain oversight, analyze your performance, and optimize your processes.
Requirements
With at least 2 years of experience in sales and the hotel industry, you know how to source leads, build relationships, and turn them into real partnerships.
Outbound sales is more opportunity than challenge for you — you approach people openly and love initiating conversations.
You understand what customers truly need and succeed in convincing them with smart solutions, even when they are initially skeptical.
You treat a “no” as an invitation to stay creative, approaching every conversation with energy and a positive attitude.
You don’t wait around — you take action: 2–3 days in the Berlin office, the rest from home. You set your own priorities, move things forward, and actively shape outcomes.
Enthusiasm for development and new ideas drives you. With your drive, you also motivate those around you.
In customer contact you communicate very well in German (C1) and are also confident in English (B2).
