IT Support Specialist providing helpdesk and technical support for internal users. Handling user accounts, installations, and IT documentation while ensuring smooth operation of systems.
Responsibilities
Receive, process and document support requests through our helpdesk system
Provide telephone support and guidance to internal users for technical questions and IT issues
Manage and administer user accounts in Active Directory
Install, configure and maintain client systems (LeafOS/Windows)
Support patch management and software deployment to clients
Contribute to IT projects and continuously optimize our internal processes
IT documentation: maintain manuals, FAQ articles and knowledge base entries
Hardware management: set up, distribute and maintain workstation hardware (PCs, notebooks, peripherals)
Monitoring: oversee systems and services to detect disruptions early
Requirements
Completed vocational training as an IT specialist in system integration or equivalent qualification
Experience in first-level support
Excellent German language skills
Commitment, team spirit, strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
Valid driver's license (Class B)
