Responsibilities
Sales & Consulting: Manage and grow your customer base within your sales territory — providing tailored advice and targeted agreements.
Shaping brand presence: Ensure optimal shelf placement, develop creative promotions and deliver professional in‑store presentations.
Activating retailers: Train store staff and represent the company at trade shows.
Leveraging smart data: Route planning and reporting via iPad & online tools — digital, efficient and transparent.
Demonstrate market insight: Analyze competitors and trends — spot opportunities before others do.
Requirements
Experience in field sales, sales, or retail
Strong communication skills, persuasive and service-oriented
Self-motivated, organized and goal-oriented
Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
Valid driving licence (Class B) and confident handling of iPhone & iPad
You live in one of our sales territories or are willing to relocate to the region
