About the role
- Program Manager managing integration solutions for global B2B software provider SEEBURGER. Handling large IT projects and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and leadership.
Responsibilities
- Manage large IT and change projects within the defined framework
- Act as the interface between customers and SEEBURGER teams by working with customer stakeholders and SEEBURGER internal teams to steer projects in the right direction
- Support customers in analyzing business processes and identifying optimization opportunities
- Communicate customer interests and expectations to internal stakeholders
- Lead and manage our consulting teams and work closely with Sales/Presales teams
Requirements
- Several years of experience with project management tools such as Jira, PLANIO, or MS Planner
- Experience managing IT projects
- Certifications such as Scrum and PMP
- Experience with additional project management methodologies is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail
- Fluent in German and English, or at least business-level proficiency
- Technical experience with various integration patterns and domains (e.g., API integration, IoT integration, B2B integration)
- Knowledge of EDI standards (e.g., EDIFACT, ODETTE, VDA, ANSI X.12) or XML/JSON structures and internal data formats (e.g., SAP IDoc)
- Practical experience designing integration solutions and mappings/conversions
- Experience working in integration environments with industry-specific process knowledge (e.g., logistics, order-to-cash, payment processes, procure-to-pay, eCommerce)
- Familiarity with communication protocols such as EDIINT AS2, X.400/P7, FTP/S, HTTP/S, SFTP, MQTT, Mail, and ERP interfaces including SAP, Oracle, proALPHA, abas, or Microsoft Dynamics NAV
