- Support, coach and develop Loss Adjusters to elevate technical capability, customer focus, and overall performance.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring client expectations are clearly understood and consistently met.
- Use data insights (Darwin, Power BI) to manage portfolios, drive efficiencies, and achieve financial, compliance and operational targets.
Requirements
- Experienced insurance leader with a deep understanding of the claims lifecycle, regulatory requirements and client delivery expectations.
- Proven people-leadership capability, with a passion for coaching and developing high-performing teams.
