Responsibilities
- Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung der monatlichen Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung mit DATEV
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung arbeits-, sozialversicherungs- und lohnsteuerrechtlicher Vorschriften
- Kommunikation mit Sozialversicherungsträgern, Krankenkassen und Behörden
- Durchführung aller personaladministrativen Prozesse vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt
- Erstellung, Prüfung und Anpassung von Arbeitsverträgen unter Berücksichtigung geltender Tarifverträge
- Selbstständige Bewertung arbeitsrechtlicher Sachverhalte
Requirements
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation (idealerweise mit Weiterbildung zum/zur Personalfachkaufmann/-frau)
- Fundierte Berufserfahrung in der operativen Personalarbeit oder HR-Administration - idealerweise Erfahrung im Sicherheitsgewerbe
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in DATEV Lohn & Gehalt
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Arbeits-, Sozialversicherungs- und Lohnsteuerrecht
- Strukturierte, selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
- Diskretion, Verlässlichkeit und klare Kommunikation
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
