About the role
- Solution Architect focusing on wealth and asset management within WAM Tech at SEB. Guiding strategic transformations and collaborating across technology and architecture stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Shape and drive SEB’s architecture transformation agenda for the wealth and asset management area. A key to success is close collaboration with other parts of SEB regarding e.g. front-end applications, business layers, ledgers, authorization, cloud, API, AI and data management.
- Drive change, transformations and modernizations towards our target architecture.
- Propose and implement future-ready, modern, secure and stable solutions that attract and service our clients and gain their trust.
- Interact with other architects in relevant parts of SEB to be able to align and materialize your architecture roadmaps. You will also be part of the SEB architect community.
- Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to truly understand needs, anchor your ideas and shape sustainable solutions.
- Finally, you will be part of a team of solution architects focusing on the Wealth and Asset Management area. The team is led by the domain architect for the area that you will interact closely with.
Requirements
- Well-anchored in Tech, ensuring plans are grounded in an understanding of current technologies, client requirements, and emerging opportunities.
- Previous experience from architecture and with proven record of successful architecture-driven change.
- Outstanding relationship-building and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster trust among stakeholders and partners. Maintains a strong commitment to delivering tangible solutions through a focused, goal-driven approach.
- Advanced oral and written communication abilities, adept at articulating concepts, visualizing architectural roadmaps, and engaging effectively with stakeholders across Business, Business Services, and Tech.
- Employs a pragmatic yet creative mindset to develop innovative and sustainable solutions for complex business challenges.
- Takes personal responsibility for achieving and delivering impactful, high-value outcomes.
