Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in information security or a related field
- Knowledge of information security principles, technologies, and risk mitigation strategies
- Understanding of application and network security threats, vulnerabilities, and attack techniques
- Ability to assess security risks, translate complex issues into business terms, and present findings to different levels of stakeholders
- A collaborative team player who can build strong relationships in a multicultural environment
- Ability to work well under minimal supervision
- A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation in cybersecurity
- Professional security certifications (CISSP, CISM, Security+ or equivalent) are a plus
- Solid communication and teamwork skills in English as communication would be across teams in the Baltics
