Responsibilities
Participate in the development and evolution of standard documents and work methodologies
Conduct technological monitoring of equipment related to the Fire Safety System
Monitor regulations and standards specific to the Fire Safety System
Diagnose existing installations
Estimate Study and Supervision Fees (Frais d’Étude et de Surveillance - FES) required for delivering services under their responsibility
Prepare technical specifications, cost estimates and the provisional implementation schedule for the identified services
Participate in project progress meetings
Contribute to writing the technical sections of the Dossier de Consultation des Entreprises (DCE) / tender documents
Analyze the technical submissions provided by bidders
Participate in negotiations and the selection of the Contractor
Coordinate and supervise on-site construction activities
Draft project management (MOE) activity reports
Verify the contractor's monthly and final payment statements
Requirements
Degree: Bac+2/3 (e.g., BUT) in electronics, electrical engineering or automation
Good knowledge of HVAC and smoke-extraction systems (CVCD)
Familiarity with electromechanical systems and tunnel ventilation/smoke-extraction equipment and dewatering pumps
Knowledge of dry risers would be a plus
Knowledge of fire safety standards related to smoke extraction would be a plus
Proficient with Microsoft Office tools
