About the role
- On-Call Events Bartender at Seabrook providing exceptional service during weddings and corporate functions. Responsible for setup, service, and breakdown of catering events.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup, execution, and breakdown of catering events, including weddings, corporate events, and private parties.
- Serve beverages to guests with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Interact with guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Work collaboratively with the catering team to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and/or non-alcoholic beverages to guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Clear tables and clean banquet room after events.
- Communicate effectively with the Events team.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
- Monitor inventory levels and notify management of supplies needed.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent work and educational experience
- Proven experience as a Bartender or similar role in a banquet or high-volume kitchen setting
- WA Food Workers Card required and Class 12 Permit required
- Must pass a background check prior to employment
- Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
