Responsibilities
Overall responsibility for the IT department of the Schwarte Group
Hands-on operational work — from infrastructure topics to application support
Further development of the IT strategy in close coordination with executive management
Responsibility for the stable operation of IT systems and the implementation of innovative IT projects
Management of external service providers and IT partners
Budget responsibility and regular reporting to management
Point of contact for internal stakeholders on all IT-related matters
Requirements
Degree in computer science or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience in an IT environment
Solid knowledge in IT infrastructure (Entra ID / Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Intune, Exchange Online, Hyper-V), IT security, ERP systems (ideally proALPHA/SAP), and Veeam
Hands-on mentality — you also get involved operationally
Leadership qualities with strong execution skills, entrepreneurial thinking and high self-motivation
Confident, professional demeanor and strong communication skills
Basic proficiency in English, spoken and written
