About the role
- Test Manager managing test strategies and activities for German-speaking consulting team in Prague. Collaborating closely with stakeholders and ensuring risk management in testing processes.
Responsibilities
- Creation of test strategy and concepts

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Test Manager in large-scale projects within an ITIL environment
- Knowledge of banking and insurance domains
- Strong skills in managing external and internal stakeholders
- ISTQB Certified Tester at Expert level (or equivalent)
- Experience with test tools such as Azure Test Plans, Micro Focus ALM, Jira Xray, Selenium, UiPath, SoapUI, Jira, and Confluence
- Ability to apply test automation, e.g., for UI browser-based testing (Selenium), or using SAP Solution Manager, Azure DevOps, or Micro Focus ALM
- Proficiency in German at the C1 level for active communication with colleagues and clients in German-speaking countries
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Czech or Slovak is a plus.
