About the role
- Mentor for AI Software Engineering Bootcamp at Digitale Leute School. Supporting participants in their tech careers with mentoring, coding sessions, and collaboration with industry experts.
Responsibilities
- Support participants with questions about modern web and AI technologies
- Conduct 1:1 mentoring, group sessions, and code reviews
- Provide feedback on projects, experiments, and architectural decisions
- Collaborate with our top trainers from leading tech companies (Airbnb, Miro, Shopify, Atlassian, Delivery Hero, and others)
- Help develop learning materials and support the curriculum team
- Guide participants through all phases of the bootcamp
Requirements
- Initial experience in software development with modern technologies (e.g., JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, React, Node.js)
- Enthusiasm for AI, machine learning, and modern developer tools (e.g., GPT, LangChain, Vercel, n8n, Pinecone)
- A passion for teaching, coaching, and working in teams
- Independent, structured working style and strong communication skills
- Optional: experience with online learning platforms, cloud environments, and GitHub
