About the role
- Coding Tutor for AI Software Engineering Bootcamp at Digitale Leute School. Supporting participants with learning and mentoring in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Pflege und optimiere praxisnahe, visuell ansprechende Lernmaterialien im Online-Classroom
- Entwickle gemeinsam mit unserem Curriculum-Team neue Inhalte und bringe deine fachliche Perspektive ein.
- Unterstütze die Teilnehmenden im Bootcamp bei technischen und inhaltlichen Fragen zu Tools, Architektur, Projekten oder AI-Technologien.
- Biete individuelles 1:1-Mentoring via Video- oder Audiocalls an und begleite Teilnehmende zielgerichtet bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss
- Führe kleine, interaktive Gruppenformate durch (z. B. Code-Durchsprachen, Feature-Diskussionen, Dev-Entscheidungen).
- Dokumentiere Lernfortschritt und Anwesenheit der Teilnehmenden.
- Führe strukturierte On- und Offboarding-Prozesse durch.
- Analysiere eingereichte Aufgaben (Projekte, Experimente, Code) und gib gezieltes, konstruktives Feedback.
- Unterstütze unsere erfahrenen Trainer:innen bei der Durchführung der Sessions.
Requirements
- Grundlegendes technisches Verständnis sowie erste fundierte Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung mit modernen Technologien.
- Fähigkeit, sich schnell in neue Themen (z. B. AI Tools, Agenten-Systeme, No-Code-Tools, DevOps) einzuarbeiten.
- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Neugier und Begeisterung für moderne Lernformate.
- Erste Erfahrung mit Online-Lernplattformen (LMS), Kollaborationstools und Cloud-basierten Systemen.
- 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung
- Freude am Austausch mit Teilnehmenden und daran, andere auf ihrem Weg fachlich und menschlich zu begleiten.
- Fließendes Deutsch und Englisch (C1-Niveau oder höher).
