About the role

• ERP Developer optimizing MS Dynamics NAV/BC for FC Schalke 04. Collaborating with various departments to improve business processes and support stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• You develop and optimize our ERP systems, in particular Microsoft Dynamics 2016, to support all club business processes.
• You are responsible for integrations and interfaces between various systems and applications such as finance, ticketing and merchandise.
• You analyze requirements from the business departments and implement solutions in close cooperation with stakeholders.
• You troubleshoot issues and provide support for technical ERP problems.
• You conduct training and produce documentation on ERP processes and systems for internal users.
• You monitor the existing system landscape and ensure its performance, security, and efficiency.
• You actively drive the continuous development of our ERP landscape.

Requirements

• Completed training as an IT specialist in application development (Fachinformatiker Anwendungsentwicklung) or an equivalent qualification.
• Solid experience in developing and customizing ERP systems — ideally with strong knowledge of C/AL, AL, and SQL.
• Understanding of business processes and the ability to reliably map them in ERP systems.
• Ability to work independently and in a structured way, solving problems with a clear focus on efficient results.
• Strong communication skills, team-oriented, and able to work closely with other departments to understand their requirements and develop appropriate solutions.
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
