- Analysing and presenting the results from subjective assessments in debriefing meetings
- Leading and developing the reference group – a team of senior test drivers
Requirements
- Outgoing, structured, and technically curious
- Solid driving experience, higher driver’s license (C or above) is an advantage
- Strong interest in vehicle systems and product evaluation
- Experience in testing, product development, or related technical roles
- Ability to work independently while being an engaged team player
- Strong communication skills and comfortable presenting in both Swedish and English
- Understanding of Scania’s software release process is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of Jira is meritorious
- Experience with Scania’s products and development processes is meritorious
