Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee the load planning and warehouse operations for Shipco controlled consol containers and customer own containers.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of shipments, tracking, and documentation.
- Act as a central point of contact for internal departments, external partners, key global accounts and vendors.
- Assist the operations department with managing emails pertaining to O,S&D holds, transit/schedule inquiries, warehousing services and any distributing any other inquiries to the appropriate parties.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between different teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement efficient workflows.
- Work closely with relevant teams to streamline operations and enhance overall efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, transactions, and other relevant documentation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Address and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and find solutions to challenges that may arise.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
