Responsibilities
Execute the operational activities of the full credit cycle, monitoring deadlines, workflows and pending items, working in partnership with other areas to ensure agility, compliance and adherence to SLAs;
Perform technical and financial analysis of transactions, assessing repayment capacity, collateral, cash flow, capital structure and the borrower’s risk profile;
Control, record and organize documents and information in internal systems and in physical/digital files, ensuring accuracy and traceability;
Produce reports and tracking spreadsheets for operational follow-up, and develop and monitor area performance indicators (KPIs);
Verify data, contract terms and release/settlement procedures for credit operations;
Ensure compliance with internal policies, standards and legal requirements, safeguarding the confidentiality of information;
Provide support for internal and external audits, supplying documentation for executed operations;
Participate in the development and refinement of credit models, internal scoring, risk matrices and granting criteria;
Propose improvements to processes, workflows or systems and support their implementation, with a focus on standardization, efficiency and results;
Analyze data, processes and information to support decision-making and improvements;
Support projects and initiatives within the area to enhance efficiency and quality of deliverables.
Requirements
Experience with receivables advances/financing, Factoring, FIDC and securitization companies;
Knowledge of the NETFACTOR (Orderby), VADU, CERC, WBA and Q Prof (Certifica) platforms;
Experience in credit analysis and portfolio risk assessment (assignor/receiver), liquidity ratios, limits, tranches and clean operations;
Ability to review collateral/backing, rates, float, average tenor, repurchase and monitoring of escrow accounts (QI Tech).
