Responsibilities
Manage a global team of Product Managers
Develop and implement product & portfolio strategy
Foster collaboration within teams and cross-functional groups to meet customer needs and business objectives
Advocate for the product cluster with leadership, providing updates on strategy, trends, and opportunities
Set and monitor KPIs to drive growth, reviewing metrics to identify actions and optimize performance
Conduct reviews ensuring business impact and fit with customer needs, leading improvement & recommendation
Leverage market intel and customer interactions to identify unmet needs and opportunities as Head of Product Management Filtration & TFF Systems (x|f|m)
Drive innovation by leading teams to develop agile concepts, deliver prototypes, and act on feedback
Prioritize company goals in road-mapping, ensuring investments focus on products with competitive advantage
Requirements
Successfully completed Master's degree in Business Administration, Life Science, Engineering, or a related field
Seasoned leader with long-term professional experience in the Life Science | Pharma industry
A proven track record in Product Management and the ability such as strive to drive innovation and growth
Customer-facing and cross-functional experience (PD, Operations, Sales, Marketing etc.)
Role-model leader and team player able to rally all relevant parties to focus on key priorities, bringing diverse teams on the same page, facilitating cross-functional collaboration
Excellent analytical & strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Exceptional communication, presentation and networking skills at eye level with senior leadership
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, flexible environment managing multiple priorities
Business fluent in English, German skills will be a plus
Willingness to travel globally (approx. 30%)
