Field Service Engineer at Sartorius responsible for installation, commissioning, and maintenance of bioprocessing equipment. Travel to customer sites in Ireland to ensure adherence to GMP guidelines.
Responsibilities
Daily travel to customer sites to install equipment
Validating and commissioning of equipment i.e: bioreactors, filtration, biowelders, biosealers and more in a cleanroom environment adhering to GMP guidelines
Repairing, maintaining, and calibrating equipment
Writing and reviewing routine documentation such as SOP’s and process documentation, prepare service reports
Using field automation systems and liaising with technical team, logistics, engineering and support teams and sharing information across the organization
Following company procedures and protocols i.e: GMP regulations
Requirements
Completed an HNC/HND in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
Experience as a field-based electromechanical engineer within the pharmaceutical industry following GMP guidelines; candidates from other industries i.e.: medical, food, drink etc. will also be considered
Experience of servicing automated systems
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily tasks
Strong customer service skills and great communication skills
Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
Right to work in Ireland
