About the role

  • Field Service Technician providing onsite and remote technical support for TSI’s particle measurement instruments. Installing, calibrating, and repairing equipment while ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.

Responsibilities

  • Travel to TSI customer sites to install, calibration, repair, and perform annual maintenance on TSI products.
  • Provide in-person technical support and troubleshooting for customers.
  • Support remote and onsite troubleshooting of customer hardware and software issues.
  • Conduct customer training on the operation and maintenance of TSI equipment & software.
  • Complete detailed trip reports and submit accurate labor and expense reimbursements.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in a technical discipline.
  • 1-3 years of relevant technical or field service experience.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a valid U.S. passport and travel internationally as required.
