Responsibilities
Acompanhar todo o processo de admissão de novos alunos
Organizar e gerir os indicadores do funil e criar planos de ação
Acompanhar o processo de matrícula e lidar com os sistemas necessários
Acompanhar junto à equipe pedagógica as evasões
Gerar indicadores e planos de ação para retenção
Acompanhar ativamente o processo de rematrícula
Auxiliar nos eventos de captação e apresentar a escola para grupos interessados
Atender famílias interessadas em conhecer a escola, por e-mail e telefone
Realizar entrevistas individuais com responsáveis interessados
Planejar e executar ações de captação de novos alunos
Conduzir visitas nas instalações da escola
Aplicar avaliações
Dar suporte nas apresentações pedagógicas
Requirements
Graduação completa
Experiência com atendimento ao cliente
Muita energia e gostar de um ambiente de ritmo acelerado
Excel avançado
Inglês intermediário ou avançado
Possuir experiência em gestão de CRM, coleta e análise de dados (diferencial)
