Responsibilities
Own and manage multiple products within the R&D External engagement and M&A&D digital portfolios, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
Maintain and prioritize the product backlog
Define user stories, acceptance criteria
Conduct continuous backlog refinement sessions with development teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
Work in iterative sprint cycles, as part of a POD
Demonstrate Agile mindset through flexibility, adaptability, and continuous improvement.
Partnering effectively with technical and business stakeholders
Focus on business value and impact over feature delivery.
Implement tools and infrastructure to manage secure data transfers, managing access controls and data security throughout the transfer lifecycle.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's a plus)
3+ years of experience in digital product ownership or related roles
Experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech or healthcare related industry is required.
Proven track record managing products through full lifecycle
Experienced in Agile product delivery, lifecycle management
Exposure or understanding of data platforms, cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP), APIs, data flows, and integration patterns
Strong business acumen; effective cross-functional collaboration
Excellent communication skills - translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
Business fluency in English required.
