- Facilitate the execution of evaluation processes to assess and report on the progress of the strategic plan
- Engage leaders to understand, synthesize, and translate key information into meaningful insights to support setting strategic priorities
- Manage a regular cycle of strategic plan checkpoints and ensure alignment with corporate and division strategies is maintained
- Support the development of long-term strategic communications plans, including implementation of proactive messaging
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Communications or health related field required
- Master's degree preferred
- Three years' experience in an integrated healthcare system and strategic planning strongly required; five years preferred
- Certification in strategic planning or associated process preferred
