Responsibilities
Manage and grow relationships with UK retail partners, acting as the key day-to-day contact.

Partner with internal marketing and design teams to deliver assets and activations tailored for UK retailers.

Monitor competitor activity across UK retailer platforms to identify market opportunities and trends.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting to retailers and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
Experience in the beauty industry with a proven background in account management, sales coordination, or junior buying roles.
Experience working with UK retailers (e.g. Boots, Superdrug, department stores, or online beauty retailers).
Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify and act on growth opportunities.
Excellent organisation and time-management skills, able to manage multiple deadlines.
A proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Confident in data analysis and reporting, with good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
