Responsibilities
Customer support in Berlin/Brandenburg: You are the primary point of contact for several Sana clinics and their clinical departments
Requirements management: You capture IT needs, prioritize them and translate them clearly for our IT specialists
Strategic advisory: You support clinic leadership in planning their digital development — with a focus on cost-effectiveness, security and future viability
Coordination & interface work: You coordinate regularly with central IT teams and the management of the hospitals
Process facilitation: You accompany IT projects from idea to implementation and ensure sustainable results
Regular, well-plannable on-site visits within the region; otherwise predominantly remote
Requirements
Experience in consulting, coordination or project management, ideally in an IT or healthcare environment
Understanding of IT infrastructures and digital technologies
Strong communication and advisory skills: ability to make complex topics understandable
Structured working style, reliability and enjoyment of regional responsibility
Empathy and service orientation combined with a confident manner, clear communication and commitment
