Responsibilities
- Assist the Planning and Operations Department in executing product/service development work plans in line with company targets
- Prepare progress reports on ongoing work plans and submit them to the Head of Department
- Support the Head of Department and team in preparing and developing the Project Cost Budget for project proposals
- Assist the Head of Department in preparing the Project Execution Plan in accordance with the approved proposal and during project implementation
- Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area
- Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements
- Participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions
- Engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical Engineering or related field)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Plant Services (Operations, Maintenance, Turnaround, Engineering Procurement)
- Strong knowledge of Electrical Engineering design, including MCC & Switchgear, Transformers, Generators, Single Line Diagrams (SLD), Wiring Diagrams, and Electrical Load Calculation & Sizing
- Electrical Technical Personnel Certification for Medium/High Voltage systems is an advantage
- Experience handling Electrical PTW (Permit to Work) is an advantage
- Willing to be assigned to Head Office and Project Sites
