About the role
- Graphic Designer creating visual and digital pieces for internal and external campaigns at Salú. Collaborating across departments and applying design trends and technologies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and produce visual materials and key visuals for internal and external campaigns, ensuring correct application of Salú's brand guidelines
- Create digital assets (social posts, emails, presentations, landing pages, and paid-traffic creatives)
- Produce printed materials (flyers, banners, and event artwork)
- Support different departments with visual requests and presentations
- Monitor design trends, digital culture, and user/consumer behavior
- Apply art direction and motion design concepts to videos
- Use artificial intelligence and new technologies to optimize creative processes
Requirements
- Degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, or a related field
- Strong eye for typography, color, composition, and visual storytelling
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign
- Familiarity with Adobe Premiere and After Effects (or similar tools)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects
- Good communication skills, proactive attitude, and collaborative team player
