Responsibilities
Conduct audits of contracted visits for retail chains, focusing on specific projects and key KPIs.
Monitor contracted vs. completed visits, tracking across store groups and supermarket chains.
Monitor and guide stores on the implementation of planograms as directed by Salon Line.
Receive and prepare commercial requests for inclusion of stores in the shared promoter investment, requests for sales monitoring, and prepare submissions for review by the Trade Management and Commercial Directorate.
Update the shared merchandising reports database.
Perform monthly reconciliation of billing statements from shared merchandising agencies.
Prepare billing reconciliations and submit them for payment.
Present monthly KPIs tracking task performance.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related fields
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Advantage: Experience with Power BI
Advantage: Knowledge of Trade Marketing management platforms (Involves Stage)
