Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and execute cohesive multi-channel marketing strategies across 3–4 divisions
Serve as the strategic link between division presidents, regional marketing leaders, sales executives
Ensure divisional sales goals are met with alignment across digital advertising, content, events
Oversee the execution and management of the integrated marketing calendar across all channels
Guide the development and localization of marketing assets, signage, events, sponsorships, outreach initiatives
Interpret campaign performance and regional market insights to optimize marketing plans
Enforce brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints
Requirements
Bachelor of Science or Arts degree or equivalent required/ High school diploma or GED required
Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in home building, real estate, marketing or consumer- facing industries preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple deadlines across various communities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to build effective partnerships with internal teams and sales teams
Resourceful and solution oriented
Leverage digital and analytical tools with confidence to drive insights and outcomes
