Responsibilities
You design the onboarding experience: you guide new clients from contract signing through to a successful go-live.
You stay engaged after training: in the first weeks you are the main point of contact and actively support clients as they get started with the software.
You advise our clients on the optimal use of our tools — with the goal of simplifying their day-to-day work, digitizing processes, and creating real added value.
You plan and organize your week independently, prepare accounts, and keep track of open to-dos — whether working in the field or coordinating with the team.
You are our link between teams: you work closely with Sales, Support, and Product Development to ensure a seamless customer experience.
