Responsibilities
Fazer o levantamento de requisitos junto aos clientes
Alinhar com os clientes a fim de esclarecer etapas da implantação
Efetuar mapeamento e entendimento das necessidades do cliente
Buscar conhecer os padrões de implantação das soluções
Apoiar tecnicamente o cliente durante a implantação
Executar configurações e parametrizações no sistema
Acompanhar a implantação dos produtos junto ao cliente
Realizar treinamentos a público interno e clientes
Engajar os usuários no uso da solução
Elaborar documentações, cronogramas, apresentações de kick-off e planos de ações
Requirements
Senso de urgência e gerenciamento de tempo
Experiência em atendimento ao cliente
Princípios de negociação
Boa comunicação escrita e oral
Capacidade de trabalhar em equipe
Experiência em suporte e/ou implantação/onboarding
