About the role

Responsibilities
- Technical design and implementation: You design and implement tailored Salesforce solutions for our clients.
- Client consulting: You advise our clients on Salesforce requirements and best practices and demonstrate scalable, future-proof solutions.
- Quality and scalability review: You verify the technical compliance and scalability of our solutions, ensuring the highest standards are met.
- Team collaboration: You work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure efficient and successful project delivery.
- Knowledge transfer: You stay up to date with Salesforce developments and actively share your expertise with colleagues and clients.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in Salesforce development, ideally as a Technical Architect, with a focus on nonprofit organizations.
- Deep knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Apex and Lightning, and experience with the NPSP package and/or Nonprofit Cloud.
- Understanding of NGO and foundation processes and their specific requirements.
- Strong conceptual skills in translating client requirements into Salesforce features and workflows.
- Experience with Salesforce ecosystem best practices.
- Leadership experience within technical teams and clear, effective stakeholder communication.
- Preferred certifications: Salesforce CTA (Certified Technical Architect) or Certified System Architect.
- Excellent German and English language skills, combined with strong communication abilities.
