Responsibilities
Document control and organization: Analyze and classify documents, ensuring the integrity and accessibility of information;
Creation and maintenance of spreadsheets: Produce reports and administrative controls using tools such as Excel to monitor indicators, deadlines and requests;
Support for purchasing and payment processes: Enter requisitions, orders and invoices into ERP systems (such as SAP), and track approvals and payment deadlines;
Internal stakeholder support: Provide administrative support to requesting departments, acting as a facilitator in resolving issues and forwarding processes;
Contract and due-date management: Monitor contract terms, invoice due dates and administrative obligations, issuing alerts and updates as needed;
Monitoring internal processes: Assist in the routing of administrative processes, ensuring compliance with organizational workflows and policies;
Development and monitoring of controls: Create, maintain and report internal controls for the area's activities. Create and track KPIs for internal processes. Provide management with periodic visibility through spreadsheets and presentations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed.
Driver's license desirable (CNH).
Postgraduate degree and Yellow Belt certification (or higher) will be considered a plus.
