About the role

- Plan, execute, monitor, control, and finalize software implementation projects according to defined scope, budget, timelines, and technical requirements.
- Develop comprehensive project plans that outline deliverables, resources, and schedules.
- Manage and coordinate the efforts of all project stakeholders, including internal teams, third-party vendors, and clients.
- Define clear project objectives and ensure alignment with business and client goals.
- Oversee and maintain quality control throughout all phases of the project life cycle.
- Track project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on course.
- Facilitate effective communication among all stakeholders to ensure transparency and collaboration.
- Promote a collaborative and solution-oriented environment where ideas and best practices are shared.
- Ensure project documentation, reporting, and governance requirements are met.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their expectations are managed and project outcomes are achieved.
- Work both independently and within a team structure to deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
Requirements
- Project Management qualification or certification (PMP, Prince2, Agile, etc.)
- 5+ years’ experience managing IT or technology projects
- Proven track record delivering complex, multi-stakeholder software implementations
- Solid understanding of project management tools (MS Projects, Jira, etc.)
- Knowledge of methodologies like Agile, Prince2, PMBOK, or MS Solutions Framework
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills — you build trust and collaboration naturally
- Experience in the Insurance or InsurTech industry is a definite plus.
