Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex Healthcare IT implementation projects and programs across all phases of delivery
- Conduct Implementation Planning Studies (IPS) with customers to define detailed scope, delivery approach and implementation strategy
- Establish and manage the end-to-end delivery plan
- Own overall project financial performance
- Manage project scope, risks, issues and change control
- Facilitate structured workshops and decision forums across clinical, operational and technical stakeholders
- Ensure robust program governance and reporting
- Coordinate integration activities, data migration strategies and deployment readiness
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Health Informatics or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years project or program delivery experience
- Demonstrated success delivering large-scale enterprise software implementations
- Experience leading complex healthcare IT or digital transformation programs
- Strong experience working with clinical and operational healthcare stakeholders
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary delivery teams
- Experience managing large program schedules, dependencies and governance structures
- Ability to operate effectively in complex and ambiguous delivery environments
- PRINCE2, PMBOK, MSP or equivalent project management certification (desirable)
- Advanced experience using delivery and planning tools such as MS Project, Excel, Jira, Confluence or similar (desirable)
