  • IT Project Manager II managing multiple technical projects for Logix Federal Credit Union. Ensuring successful delivery while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manages, tracks and coordinates multiple moderately complex projects under limited supervision
  • Identifies and plans project deliverables, milestones, and required activities
  • Reviews project status and modifies schedules or plans as required
  • Establishes team membership and works with PMO and key stakeholders to establish time commitments and resource allocation
  • Motivates team members and facilitates team meetings; adaptively resolves project issues
  • Conducts risk assessment and mitigation for the assigned projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, Organizational Development, Information Technology or equivalent
  • 2-4 years of experience in managing projects or workstreams
  • Experience applying Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) standards to project planning
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrates understanding of complex IT infrastructure, roles, and responsibilities
  • Project manager training and certification preferred
  • Working knowledge of the Microsoft suite of office products and familiarity with project planning tools
