Partner Development Manager facilitating partner acquisition and revenue growth at Semine in Belgium. Collaborating across departments to build successful partnerships and drive financial automation solutions.
Responsibilities
Partner acquisition & onboarding: Source and sign priority partners, run due diligence, negotiate agreements, and drive enablement to certification.
Enablement & co-sell: Build joint plans, pipeline, and forecasts; coach partners on positioning, demos, pricing, and deal execution; align with Semine Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Product.
Sales: Sell with and through partners. You will get a yearly budget that you will be measured on, and you will be incentivized based on your partner’s sales performance.
Market development: Map partner ecosystems and target segments; localize partner plays; host workshops and events; champion partner feedback internally.
Governance & tooling: Maintain partner plans, scorecards, and deal registration; ensure data quality in CRM; help evolve partner portal, assets, and agreements.
Requirements
Proven experience selling financial/ERP systems or other B2B SaaS (hunter-builder profile; comfortable with complex value sales)
Relationship builder: You enjoy long-term partnerships and know how to create mutual value
Business acumen: You can unpack a company's drivers, goals, and buying process
Sales drive: You like selling—and you know how to win with and through partners
Bene partner landscape: Working knowledge of the partner ecosystem and accounting firms in Belgium and Holland
Languages: Business fluency in Dutch & English (C1 level)
**Nice to have**
Established network across IT/fintech/ERP channels in BENE
Experience with ERP resellers and/or accounting firms
Background in partner programs, and joint GTM planning
Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM
