About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the execution of development, testing and deployment of large-scale enterprise software applications
- Lead a team of developers and solution architects in a hybrid onshore, nearshore and offshore support model
- Provide technical leadership to team of developers to make appropriate technical decisions that will meet business needs
- Define, implement and promote processes, best practices and standards for application development and deployment
- Manage budget according to plan by preparing yearly forecast
- Accountable for application performance/stability and root cause analysis for any outages
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required or equivalent
- Nine (9) years or more technical experience in progressive accomplishments in implementing technology enabled solutions to complex business problems required
- Five (5) years or more experience managing IT teams involved in development, production support and maintenance of software systems required
- Software Development and Delivery following Agile Methodologies required
