About the role
- Analyst in Supply Chain focusing on process automation and improvements within order fulfillment. Collaborating with stakeholders in the procurement to pay process efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Identify, prioritize, and implement process automation and process improvement activities across the overall order fulfillment process
- Validate internal customer demands for material, software, and services for completeness and accuracy
- Determine the compliant and optimal approach to requisition setup to enable seamless downstream execution of contractual orders
- Prioritize the creation and release of compliant procurement requisitions in the appropriate procurement system (APEX, PRISM, ARIBA, or SRM)
- Provide requisition issuance oversight and communication of status throughout the procurement cycle from requisition to purchase order to material receipt and through to invoice posting and payment
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to facilitate the Procurement to Pay process that includes identifying and managing corrective actions
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree and a minimum of 2 years prior relevant experience
- Experience with SAP, APEX, PRISM, ARIBA, & SRM
- Experience with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Adobe
