Responsibilities
responsible for timely and balanced supply of Novo Nordisk products for affiliates under responsibility
leading timely execution of S&OE processes and alignment across affiliates in BAMECA
own and run the S&OE process for BAMECA, ensure seamless integration with affiliates
leading launch supply chain planning activities across BAMECA in close collaboration with regional and launch planning teams
oversee demand planning, supply balancing, inventory management and ensure execution of robust S&OP in BAMECA
make comparisons of supply with quarterly and annual financial plans and seek solutions in case of shortages
collaborate with local supply chain teams to monitor performance, diagnose issues and implement corrective actions
drive initiatives to improve forecast accuracy and inventory optimisation, and act as a CoE by sharing best practices and providing training
Requirements
minimum 3 years of relevant experience in supply chain, preferably in demand/supply planning, operations, forecasting, supply chain management
bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, supply chain or similar
master’s degree in supply chain is a plus
pharmaceutical industry/FMCG knowledge is preferable
Fluency in English is a must
Experience with S&OE and S&OP
Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP preferred); experience with OMP is a plus
Have strong communication skills and effective meeting facilitation skills
Have proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and forecasting
Have the experience of working in cross-cultural teams and cross-organisational stakeholder management
Have high flexibility to work in a fast-paced and complex environment and to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
