Responsibilities
- Manage the creation and tracking of manufacturing orders, ensuring correct execution and availability of components
- Provide daily production monitoring, with a strong presence on the shop floor and direct collaboration with manufacturing teams
- Actively participate in operational meetings (Tier meetings), escalate issues and contribute to the rapid resolution of blockages
- Analyze performance variances and contribute to corrective action plans
- Optimize internal flows and production scheduling
- Drive continuous improvement activities, with a strong focus on standardization and process simplification to ensure efficiency and quality
- Participate in continuous improvement projects (Lean, automation, digitalization...)
- Ensure the quality and reliability of master data
Requirements
- Bachelor's to Master's degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in supply chain, logistics, industrial engineering, or equivalent
- Experience gained through a work-study program or a significant internship in an industrial production environment
- Passionate about digital tools: advanced Excel skills and comfortable with ERP solutions; initial experience with Blue Yonder and Power BI is a plus
- Fluent French and professional working proficiency in English (spoken and written)
