Responsibilities
Payments and Document Verification: Process, review and validate financial documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance for processing;
Document Organization and Filing: Organize and securely file documents, ensuring easy access and integrity of information;
Payment and Receipt Settlement: Post payments and receipts, keeping financial records up to date;
Boleto Registration: Register and monitor boletos (payment slips) in the system, tracking due dates and payments;
Bank Entries: Create bank entries in the system, maintaining accurate transaction records;
Bank Reconciliation: Perform periodic bank reconciliations, ensuring alignment between bank records and company systems;
Recurring Payments and Receipts Control: Monitor and manage recurring payments and receipts, ensuring timeliness;
Payment Receipts: Issue and file payment receipts, ensuring proper documentation of transactions;
Requirements
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration;
Intermediate Excel skills preferred.
