Responsibilities
- Providing business partnering support to Enabling Functions, building strong relationships across leadership teams
- Supporting strategic and operational decision-making with high-quality financial insight
- Driving effective cost management and influencing stakeholders to deliver performance targets
- Owning financial support for functional programmes, delivering rigorous analysis and evaluation
- Producing clear, insightful financial reporting with recommendations and actions
- Contributing to planning, budgeting and forecasting, translating objectives into robust financial plans
- Championing best practice and continuous improvement across Finance.
Requirements
- A recognised professional accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to provide clear, actionable financial insight
- Proven experience managing senior stakeholder relationships within a matrix environment
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey key financial drivers effectively
- Ability to influence decision-making and support leadership teams constructively
- Experience with SAP, OneStream or similar finance systems (desirable)
